A lovely side dish with Cluster Beans from my City of Hyderabad. This one is a non veg version of it. Though it make uses of Mutton here, It's a simple dish with very little ingredients. The Cluster Beans will just melt in your mouth and tastes just right. Do not add much water while cooking the Mutton bone-in. If there is water, let it dry upto 90%,then add the Beans. Otherwise the taste will differ a lot. It gets cooked easily with a lid on and therefore does not require much water.

Enjoy Cooking with Zeen!

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

In a pressure cooker, heat Oil and saute Ginger garlic paste and sliced Onions on a low heat. The raw smell should fade away. Now add the Mutton bone-in along with all the powdered spices. Mix well and pressure cook for about 8 whistles or as required. Let the pressure settle down completely before opening the lid. Now add Cluster Beans to the cooker. Cook until they get tender. It will not take much time.

  2. 2

Garnish with freshly chopped Coriander leaves and serve hot with Phulkas, Chapatis, Rotis and even White Boiled Rice. The consistency is usually thick. You need to serve this with Daal or any other Curry of your choice. We usually serve it with Hyderabadi Khatti Daal or Kadhi. Enjoy!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
