Ingredients

30minutes
25 balls
  • Plain flour 250g (25 balls of puff puff)
  • 2 teaspoonyeast (the one used in Baking bread)
  • Halfteaspoon ground Nutmeg
  • Halfcup of sugar or to your taste
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1large Egg
  • Pepper (paprika)
  • Fish
  • Onion
  • Lukewarm water (for mixing)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    @Chef DPK Method. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly Combine all the dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    Add egg, fish, Sliced bell pepper, sliced Onion, add Sliced scent leaf or ugu leaf.

  3. 3

    Slowly add in water while mixing,as soon as water is incorporated and batter should be thick not watering

  4. 4

    Cover for 25-30 minutes to Double in size, keep it in warm place

    Get your swallow pot, in low medium heat put your oil.

    Scoop it into the hot oil till golden brown. Serve hot
