Ingredients

  • White rice (shinkafa tuwo)
  • Groundnut
  • Tamarind
  • Flavor
  • Sugar
  • Milk (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Get your raw white rice pour it into a bowl and soak it with cold water

    Get your groundnut, soak in a bowl containing water and peel the back

  3. 3

    Get your tamarind and add hot water to it and leave it for a while

    Sieve the water in your rice and add it with the peeled groundnuts

    Blend the mixed ingredients and sieve to remove the shaft

    Bring your clean pot and pour your sieved mixture into the pot and put it on the fire and continue stirring until it get thick

    While on the fire before it gets thick very well, sieve your tamarind and add to the pot on the fire, add your flavor

    After it gets thick bring your pot down, add sugar and milk and serve hot
