I love this recipe it's so easy and great for quick mornings. You can also make this and throw it in the fridge for the next day. You can make any flavors using this recipe but replacing the banana with any fruit!

I love this recipe it's so easy and great for quick mornings. You can also make this and throw it in the fridge for the next day. You can make any flavors using this recipe but replacing the banana with any fruit!
Steps

Get a small pot and turn your stove on medium heat.

Add the milk and let it heat up for 2 minutes. (any milk is fine, you can even use water.)

Mash half of your banana in a small bowl and cut the rest up in thin slices.

Add your oats a let it cook for about 3 minutes or until desired texture.

Add in your mashed banana, chia seeds, flax seeds and let it cook for about 1 minute.

Turn of the heat and you can fold in the rest of the banana or put it on top. Put the desired amount of nut butter, granola, fruit ect. Enjoy!😀
