  • 1/2 bowlfresh Malai( cream)
  • As neededghee
  • As neededsugar
  • as neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add and heat it and then put into seviya and roast it

  2. 2

    Now add water and cook it

  3. 3

    And then put into malai and sugar and cooked it well for 4....5 min and off the flame

  4. 4

    Mithi seviya is ready and serve it
