Wash the rice.and cook.add bay leaf,clove and 2 tsp oil.

Boil the vegetables.

Take a pan put ghee or oil.addginger garlic paste. and saute.add onion and capsicum and again saute.add boil vegetables,curd, and all masala. If you need water little add.

If you want layered.take bowl one layer white rice again put vegetable and top layered white rice.

Otherwise, add rice into the vegetables and mix it properly add coriander and mint leaves.

Serve with raita.
