Ingredients

  1. 3 cupscake flour
  2. 3 teaspoonsInstant yeast
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 2 tablespoonssugar
  5. 3egg yolks
  6. 1 teaspoonvanilla essence
  7. 1 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Add all dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon

    Separate egg yolk from egg white

  3. 3

    Heat cup of milk for 40 seconds

  4. 4

    Add milk to the dry ingredients and mix

  5. 5

    Add vanilla essence to the egg yolks

  6. 6

    Add vanilla-egg yolks to the mixture (dough),mix until it's well combined

  7. 7

    Grease a clean bowl with butter,then place the dough in it and cover and let it sit in a warm place for an hour

  8. 8

    Dust your flour on a clean surface and roll out your dough,make sure it's not rolled too thin

  9. 9

    Use a round cookie cutter or a drinking glass to cut your doughnuts

  10. 10

    Use a small lid to cut out the centre
