Ingredients

  • 500 gatta mark 1 flour
  • 200 gmargarine
  • 50 gsugar
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • Teaspoonground ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the margarine into the flour n mix until it crumble. The flour is already mixed with sugar, ginger and baking powder

  2. 2

    Add the milk and knead the flour. Roll the dough out and cut using the cookie cutters. Using a tooth pick pock some holes on the biscuits

  3. 3

    Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven. When ready serve with beverage of choice
