Steps

Whistle all vegetables except capsicum and onion by adding water, salt and turmeric powder

Take a pan and add butter. Fry capsicum and onion and add spices also. Salute all and then squeeze lemon

Add boiled & mashed vegetables in masala.

Shallow fry all paav with butter and serve it with salad.
