Seive your flour and put inside a bowl and pinch of salt and sugar and mix.

In a small bowl prove your yeast then pour it inside the flour mixture and mix it, then add lukewarm water and mix again.

It should.not be too thick and too watery.

Allow to raise for like 2 hours.

Put your pot of oil on fire allow it to be hot then start frying till golden brown.

Repeat the process till you finish frying

To prove your yeast, add your yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar and warm water in a cup mix and allow to raise.

Note for the measurement, 4 cups of flour, 1 cup of sugar you can add if you like sugar, pinch of salt and 2 tablespoon of yeast.
