Cut & remove bugs from the flowers

Mix your water & egg yolks

Paint the flowers front & back

Giving a light dust of sugar

It is tricky todo so this is my first attempt & you can see some worked out better than others, I found you have keep cooking your flowers for a better finish

Leave for 24 hours in the fridge then place in a air tight tub should be good for 6-8 months
