Ingredients

  • 2-3tomatoes, chopped
  • 1beetroot chopped or grated
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspsugar, optional
  • 3-4garlic cloves optional
  • 1/2 tspblackpepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Keep ready all the ingredients.

  2. 2

    Put all the things in a pressure cooker along with 1 cup of water

  3. 3

    Cook till 2 whistles on high flame. When it cools down completely open the lid.

  4. 4

    Now strain the soup with the help of strainer.

  5. 5

    Serve hot.
