A healthy meal , quick to make as a breakfast meal or brunch topping with lots of veggies

Blend soak poha in mixer jar. Take a bowl, add blended poha,suji and curd, salt to taste. Add water if required. Mix it well. Rest for 20 minutes. combine it well.

Take another bowl. Add all chopped veggies in it. Add salt just half to added in batter. Mix it well.

Take a tawa or pan. Spread a little bit of oil or butter on it. Pour batter on tawa. Garnish it with vegetables topping. Press gently veggies with the help of spatula. Sprinkle chilli flakes. Pour a tbsp of oil on it press gently and cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip over it press gently and cook for 2 mins.

Uttapam is ready. Serve with tomato sauce or south Indian chutnies
