1 cantuna drained
2/3 canred dark kidney beans
1/2 cupparsley
2green pepper
1/2onion
1 tbspolive oil
1 tbspwhite soy sauce
1 tbsplemon juice
Black pepper for taste
1 tbspmustard

Put all vegetables and beans and mix it with the drained tuna

Put soy,mustard, oil,lemon juice and pepper together and mix

Put the Dressing on the tuna salad mix and enjoy
