Sieve the flour with baking powder and baking soda and cocoa powder.

Mix oil, milk and sugar. Mix until sugar dissolve. Add essence. Mix for 5 minutes.

Add flour. Mix it well. Bake for 30 minutes. In 160°.

Melt the chocolate add it in amul cream.

Demold the cake let it cool. Spread the chocolate syrup on cake.

To making flower. Grind the biscuit add little milk make a dough. Make small ball. Make a 2 inch diameter circle. Make 5 piece place it overlapping roll it and make flower.

Garnish the cake with flower.
