Ingredients

  1. 1bowl rice
  2. 1Bowl Mix Vegetable
  3. (Carrots, potatoes, capsicum, onion)
  4. 2chopped tometoes
  5. 2Spoon ginger-garlic-chilli paste
  6. 2Spoon besan flour
  7. 1taspoon Oil
  8. 1teaspoon Rai
  9. 1/2teaspoon Cumin
  10. Pinch Hing
  11. 8-10Curry leaves
  12. 2tamal leaves
  13. 1dried red pepper
  14. 1teaspoon red pepper powder
  15. 1/2teaspoon turmeric
  16. According to taste salt
  17. 1/2teaspoon garam masala
  18. 1glass water
  19. For garnishing..
  20. Tometoes slices & coriander levaes

Cooking Instructions

    First wash the rice twice and soak for 30 minutes. Finely chop the vegetables.

    Now put the oil in the cooker. Heat oil, add rye, cumin, hing and stir it. Then add Curry leaves, tamal leaves, dried red pepper. Then add ginger-garlic-chilli paste and mix vegetable in it and mix it. Now add chopped tometoes in it and again mix it well.

    Then add besan and again cook it for 2 minutes on low flame. Now add big glass of water.

    Then add socked rice and red pepper, turmeric, salt, garam masala. Mix it. And cover it with cooker lead till 2 whisal. Now turn off the gase.

    Now garnish it with coriander leaves and tomato slices. And sarv it.

    So our tasty mix veg. besan pulav is ready.....
