Cook rice in cooker 3-4 hours beforehand. Spread the rice on a plate and add a little oil to it. Set the rice aside to cool so that the rice stays separated and not sticky.

Soak the red chillies in warm water for 15 mins. Grind and make a chilli paste.

Chop capsicum, onions, garlic, ginger, capsicum.

Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and ginger.

Add red chilli paste and chopped onions once the garlic starts turning golden. Cook, it onions turn slightly transparent.

Add chopped vegetables and salt. Cook for 5 mins on medium flame.

Add red and green chilli sauce as per taste. Add rice.

Cook for 5 more mins then add vinegar and soya sauce. Serve hot with soup.
