A very simple and tasty sweet with very few ingredients. I have used kesar you can add flavour of your choice by adding fruit pulp. Previously I had made it with chocolate also.

A very simple and tasty sweet with very few ingredients. I have used kesar you can add flavour of your choice by adding fruit pulp. Previously I had made it with chocolate also.

First take the full cream milk, boil it add lemon juice to make the chana. Now take a fresh muslin cloth and drain the water. Now finely chop the dry fruits. Soak the kesar in milk. In a mixer put the chana and make a smooth paste.

Now add the condesn milk and fresh cream again blend it into a smooth thick batter like cake. Add the finely chopped dry fruit, elachi powder and mix then add the kesar milk. Now take the container in which you need to steam it. It can be a tight covered container or u can cover it with aluminium foil so that the steam do not comes out. Now spread the butter paper add ghee to it. Spread the mixture evenly. Add the remaining dry fruits

Now take a covered pan put water add the small vessels now place the container on the top of it. Now cover it and let it cook for 35-40 min. Now use a tooth pick to see that it is cooked till inside. Now let it cook. Put it in the fridge for atleast 4-5 hrs. Before serving cut it into small pcs
