Ingredients

  2. 3potatoes
  3. 6boiled tomatoes
  4. 1 pieceonion
  5. 2 clovesgarlic
  6. 2Knorr tomato bouillon cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the ribs with one clove of garlic.

    Cut the potatoes into cubes.

    Blend the tomatoes with the ingredients and set aside. Once the ribs are very tender, add the potatoes and the sauce. I added a jalapeño pepper for extra flavor.

    Cook until the potatoes are soft, and it's ready. I served it with white rice and lime.
