Ingredients

  1. 1 cupdosa batter
  2. 1tomato peel
  3. A fewcurry leaves
  4. A fewcorn kernels
  5. 1 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Keep a non stick tawa to heat up nicely

    Spread the batter lightly, little thick like uttapam

  3. 3

    Arrange the corn kernels like sun

  4. 4

    Roll and make flowers from the tomato peels

  5. 5

    Cut curry leaves and arrange them like a garden

  6. 6

    Out some oil around the uttapam Let it cook

  7. 7

    When one side is done carefully flip it and let it lightly cook from the other side. Don’t press too much.

  8. 8

    Flip again and your garden uttapam is ready
