Besan ki mirch is fried chillies in roasted gram flour, is eaten in Rajasthan as a side dish along with Rotis and Chapatis.

Wash and cut the green chillies, cut into pieces. Remove the seeds, unless it will make it spicy. Heat oil in a wok and crackle the fennel seeds and cumin seeds. Add green chillies and fry them until half cooked.

Once done, add gram flour and mix well with chillies and cook it for few mins until raw smell of gram flour goes off. Add all spices and cook for 3-4 mins. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook until all water absorbed.

Turn the flame off. And serve as side dish along with Rotis and any kind of flat breads. So our quick and easy besan ki mirch ready to have it.
