Ingredients

  • 3large eggs (scrambled)
  • 2 cupscooked rice
  • 1/2 cupboiled peas
  • 1/2 cupcorn
  • 1diced onion
  • 1carrot finely chopped
  • 1medium bell pepper. Chopped
  • 1royco cube
  • 2 tbspnsoy sauce
  • 2 clovesgarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the onions and carrots for 5 minutes untill cooked

  2. 2

    Add bell pepper, garlic soy sauce royco, cook for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Add corn, peas and scrambled eggs cook for 2 minutes, add rice and cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
