Firstly you take 2 cup chana in bowl add water leave 7 to 8 hours for sock

After 8 hour drain out all water and heat a cooker add chana and water Cook until for soft 5 to 6 whistle on a medium heat and chana must be soft when cooked not and if chana aldente or is hard, then cooked for 2 more whistle.

Again Heat a pan add 2 to 3 teaspoon ghee add cumin seeds, wait until colour change add Chana and all spices (turmeric,red chilli,Coriander powder, mango powder, salt,chana masala etc) mix well

Add chopped tomato,green chilli cook 5 to 10 minutes

Turn off flame and garnish Coriander leaves,green chutney,sweet chutney and Serve.
