Ingredients

  • 1 cupyellow lentil (moong dal)
  • 1/4 cupgram Dal (chanadal)
  • 3-4green chillies
  • 1 inchginger
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • As needed coriander leaves
  • 1small onions chopped
  • 1/4 cupWater
  • To tasteSalt
  • As neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and Soak both the dals for 2-3 hr. Strain water. Take a grinding jar add soak dals, green chillies, ginger, red chilli powder, coriandor leaves, half water.

    Grind it. Need add remaining water. Grind it again. Need little corse and smooth batter.

  3. 3

    Take out the batter in a bowl. Now beat the batter for atleast 10-15 min with Ur hands. So that the batter get pluffy and silky. The colour change dark yellow to light yellow.

    Now add salt mix it well. The batter is ready. Now u can fry them for Ramladoo. But we r making pancakes. So go to step 5

  5. 5

    Put a pan on low flame add oil. Now put batter with the help of spatula. Spread some Chopped onions on it. Close the lid and let it cook for 8-10 min. on low flame.

  6. 6

    Now lower side get crispy and light brown. Flip the pancake. Close the lid again and cook for 5-7 min more. Pancakes is ready. Cut it and serve with any Chutney, ketchup And tea etc. Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy
