Ingredients

  1. 1egg (room temperature)
  2. 3/4 glassmilk
  3. Baking soda
  4. 4full spoon of flour
  5. 1full spoon of sugar
  6. 1 spoonvegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat an egg and sugar till it thick and soft peak (i used hand wisk)

  2. 2

    Add oil and milk, mix it well

  3. 3

    Add flour and baking soda mix till it become batter

  4. 4

    Heat the pan with little oil and wipe with tissue (cooking spray will work as well)

  5. 5

    I use ladle to make pancake form. 1 full of ladle for each pancake. And from this ingredients i make 8 fluffy pancake.

Excuse the picture I did these quick hand! I have been following this recipe for the past week making these almost every morning! Super simple and easy to follow not to mention delicious!
