Mix lime,natural yoghurt and 2 tbsp curry powder in a bowl,add the chicken and mix well,store in the fridge for at least 4 hours

Heat a large pan with oil,add onion garlic,ginger,chilli,cinnamon cumin and remaining tikka powder,and fry for 2/3 mins,stir in tomato puree and 250ml water,bring to the boil and then simmer for about 15 mins

Heat another pan and cook the chicken adding the sauce from the bowl

When the chicken is cooked add to the sauce,take off the heat and add the Greek yoghurt
- 5
Scatter with coriander and serve with rice
