Apple: Prepare in 3 ways. First, finely chop half of the apple. Second, cut into cubes. Third, slice for decoration (decoration is optional).

Add the finely chopped apple to a pot with a little water and 1 1/2 tablespoons honey (20 grams) to make apple sauce. When the apple sauce softens like jam, add 1/3 cup oats (soaked) and 3/4 cup water. Add a pinch of salt. When the water is almost absorbed, add the cubed apple and stir into the mixture, then turn off the heat to keep the apple crunchy. Sprinkle a little cinnamon powder for aroma.
