Steps

Take a bowl and mash the leftover rice until it becomes smooth.

Boil the potato in hot water and add it to the rice.

Mash them in the bowl.

Add finely chopped onions to it and mix.

Add the spice powders and ginger garlic paste to it and mix them well.

Take a plate and spread 2 tsp cornflour in it.

Shape the entire mixture into a round cutlet or any shape. Coat the cutlet evenly with cornflour.

Prepare a pan and add oil to it. Shallow fry the cutlets until crisp on a low to medium flame.

Serve the cutlet with green chutney or any sauce.
