Steps
- 1
In a clean bowl, add in all the ingredients and mix. You can use a mixer if you have one and if you don't have that won't be a problem you can use your hands.
- 2
After mixing everything together then you knead for 45mins
- 3
After kneading you cut out 75g for your filled doughnuts and make a ball shape with the dough. Then dust your baking paper or tray with flour and place each dough on and let it rise for an hour.
- 4
For your ring doughnuts, you roll out your dough with a rolling pin and cut using your doughnuts cutter and place it too on either your dusted tray or baking paper. And allow it to proof for an hour too.
- 5
After an hour, both your ring and filled doughnuts have risen, then you pour out oil in a frying pan and place it on a low heat
- 6
Fry each doughnuts for 3 minutes and then your doughnuts are ready.
