Pav bhaji
Steps

First boil potatoes, cauliflower, carrot,beans and mash them.

Grind tometoes, red chillies,ginger,garlic to paste.

Heat oil and ghee in kadai add tomato paste and cook till oil seperates.
- 4
Add 2sp onion and capsicum,peas and cook for a while.
- 5
Now add masala, chilli powder and mix it well add mashed veggies mix properly add salt and lemon juice.
- 6
Cover cook for sometime and pav bhaji is ready to serve topped with butter,onion coriander leaves and lemon wedges.
