Steps

Soak chana dal for 2-3 hours.

Take one grinder pot. Put half soaked dal, garlic cloves, Ginger. Grind into a fine paste. Put the batter in bowl.

Take remaining soaked dal but grind it coarsely. Remember do not make a fine paste.

Put in same bowl. Add chopped coriander leaves, turmeric, chopped green chillies, salt, besan, jeera.

Heat the oil in a pan.

Take bread slice cut it diagonally.

Dip in the batter.put some batter one side with a spoon.

Fry till golden colour.

Sprinkle chat masala.
- 10
Serve with green chutney or tamarind chutney.
