Ingredients

  1. 650 gwheat flour
  2. 1.5 tspyeast
  3. 3 tbspsugar
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 2 tbspmelted B.B
  6. 250 mlmilk/water

    Warm milk,add butter to the milk then add yeast.leave it for 10minutes.

    After the 10mins add the dry ingredients and knead until soft and sticky, cover dough and leave it to rise for about an hour.

    Knead the dough again,then roll and make ur desired shape.

  4. 4

    Cover the balls and Leave to rise again for 1hour.

  5. 5

    Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 20min,bake for 30mins.

    When baked (turns brown)polish them with egg white or BB
