Ingredients

  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 3 tbspmethi leaves ,chopped
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspjeera powder
  • as per tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a flour. Add oil methi leaves and all the masala. Prepare a dough.

    Rest for 10 min from the dough make around the ball and prepared chapati.

    Half roast the chapati.

    Chapati becomes cooled.again toasted the chapati with press it.put some butter and roast

    Healthy khakhra is ready.
