  • Almond and pistachio and kishmish as required
  • 1 pinchKali mirch pwd
  • 1Carrot shredded

    Oil garam Kar k onion fry kare, meat dal k sauf pwd, dhania pwd, zeera pwd, g.g paste aur yoghurt dal k bhune. Phir paani dal k meat to tender hone de. Jab meat tender hojai, tou paani k Ander Rice aur boiled chickpea dal de. Jab Rice done hojai, tou fry pan Mai oil garam Kar k dry fruits air carrot to fry Kar k Rice k upper dal de. Serve hot. Enjoy.
