4 servings
  • 1 tsptamarind concentrate
  • 1/2medium size onion
  • 1crushed green chilli
  • 1/2 tspGrated ginger
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • To tastesugar
  • 1 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the above ingredients with hand till all the extract are mix up with each other

  2. 2

    Add water to the mixture

  3. 3

    Bring to Boil on medium flame (optional)

  4. 4

    Serve with white rice and chicken or mutton curry
