Ingredients

  • 250 gmboil kathal small pieces
  • 100 gmbesan gram flour
  • 100 gmrice atta
  • 1 spoonsalt
  • 1 spoongreenchilli paste
  • 1 spoongarlick paste
  • 1 spoonredchilli powder
  • Pinchhing or asafoetida
  • leavesFresh Coriander
  • For garnishing 1 onion and ketchup

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except boil jackfruit and make a smooth batter.

  2. 2

    In a fry pan add oil after heating oil add 1 spoon hot oil to the batter.

  3. 3

    Then deep the boil kathal to the batter and fry the pakodas. Garnish with onion and ketchup.
