yam cut and peel
scott bonnet
onion
curry and spices
seasoning
egg
oil for frying

Steps

Wash and boil your peel warm until well cooked
2

Mash your yam and add chop onion and grind scotch bonnet then add spices and seasoning
3

Mix everything together and roll it into a ball then dip into your wisk egg and dip fry in hot oil.enjoy!!!
