Ingredients

  • 1 kgchicken
  • 4tomatoes
  • 5 tbspyoughurt
  • 1& 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 6dry red chillies
  • 1 tbspCorriender seeds
  • 1 tspcummin seed
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1 tspdry fenugreek leaves (optional)
  • 6green chillies
  • 1/2 bunchcorriender leaves
  • 2 tbspginger Julian
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tspwhole black pepper

  1. 1

    Fry chicken in oil till it's colour get change. Add ginger garlic paste & tomatoes (half cut) and cover it up for 3mins and cook it over Medium flame.

    After 3 mins separate tomatoe's skin by means of tongs. Dry roast cummin seed, black pepper, corriender seed & dry red chillies and then coarsely grind it and add this into your chicken. Now add youghurt and cut 3 green chillies (cut), cover and cook it for 5-6 mins.

    Bonify chicken, add corriender leaves, lemon juice, whole green chillies & fenugreek leaves, and cook it for 2 mins, when oil gets separated add Ginger Julian.
