Ingredients

  • 1 bowlsemolina
  • 2 tspcurd
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededwater
  • 1 tspeno
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl.Add semolina,curd,salt and mix it well

  2. 2

    Make the batter with the help of water

  3. 3

    Add eno and mix

  4. 4

    Leave it for 30 minutes

  5. 5

    Grease the idli moulds and add batter

  6. 6

    Now steam it for 10 minutes

  7. 7

    Idli is ready to serve.
