Ingredients

  • Chicken 1 whole
  • 3Green pepper
  • Onions 3 big
  • 3 tbspCurry powder
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 3 cupsveg oil
  • 10Scotch bonnet
  • 5Red ball pepper
  • 1 tbspThyme

Steps

    Wash my chicken

  2. 2

    Add in a pot add maggi 2 and onion add thyme

  3. 3

    Allow to cook

  4. 4

    After cooking put in a strainer

  5. 5

    Heat oil and fry my chicken

  6. 6

    I then add oil in a pot add onions scotch bonnet and red ball pepper

  7. 7

    I then add maggi curry stir well and allow to cook for some mints

  8. 8

    I then add the chicken and leave to cook i then add green pepper

  9. 9

    Enjoy
