  • 1Alphonso Mango
  • 1 cupChilled Milk
  • 2 tbspSugar
  • as requiredVanilla Ice Cream
  • as requiredNuts and Cherries
  • as requiredMango pieces
  • as requiredice cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and peel the mango and chop them roughly.

  2. 2

    Add it to a mixer jar along with milk, sugar and ice cubes.

  3. 3

    Top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, mango pieces, nuts and cherry. Garnish with a mint leaf and serve chilled.

  4. 4

    Grind into a smooth juice and pour it into a tall glass.
