Ingredients

  1. 1 kgChicken
  2. 10red chillies
  3. 2 tbspApple cider vinegar
  4. 2 tbspMustard
  5. 2 tspcumin seeds
  6. 10 podsGarlic
  7. 2 tbspSugar
  8. 1big Onion (chopped and crushed)
  9. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  10. 1 tbsButter
  11. 2 tbspCoriander leaves (finely chopped)
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 4 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash chicken and marinate with turmeric powder and salt, keep 30 mins.

    Heat a pan, fry red chilli, garlic mustard and cumin.

    Put it in the mixer, add vinegar, sugar and grind as a paste.

    In a pan add oil and fry chicken pieces lightly. Remove and keep.

    In the same oil, add crushed onion, fry until brown. Now add ground paste and chicken add 1/2 cup water,salt cover and cook in low flame until chicken becomes tender and thick gravy.

    Add butter increase flame and stir the chicken with gravy. Sprinkle coriander leaves, and serve with fried rice or coconut rice
