Ingredients

  1. Chicken thigh or breast
  2. Wheat cereal
  3. 2x eggs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate pieces of chicken with salt and pepper, herbs and olive oil for a 3h or more.

  2. 2

    Preheat oven at 180C for 15mins

  3. 3

    Crush 3-4 cups of wheat cereal

  4. 4

    Beat eggs in a bowl then dip chicken in egg mix, then coat with crushed cereal.

  5. 5

    Bake in oven for 20mins
