In 1 Tbs oil cook pieces of tomatoes untill they become a thick sause.

In 1 Tbs oil cook onions. Dont cook them just make soften.

Now cook shami kabab with egg's coating.

Now make omlelet of three eggs. One egg is used in making kabab.

I made omlelet in two rows. Cut them in strips. So we have 6 strips.

Now cook both sides of buns.

It's time to assemble the ingredients.

Now cut the potatoes and make thin long pieces and deef fry them.

Anday walay burgers are ready to serve.
