Knead dough until soft. Leave to rest 15 minutes. Divide dough into small balls. Roll one of the balls into a round shape as thinly as possible. Place dough on pan, cook 1 minute slightly. Cook all dough, set aside. Fry the minced beef, it should not be wet

Slice the round dough into half and fold the samosa pockets into triangles. Stuff the minced beef into the pockets. Fill all pockets

Heat the oil until hot. Add the samosa pockets, start frying

Fry the samosa pockets

Fry samosas until golden brown

Crispy delicious beef samosas

Serve immediately
