Add the dry yeast to the mixing bowl, pour in the warm milk, add the sugar, the two eggs lightly bitten, the butter, the flour and the salt.

Turn on the mixer on medium and beat until the dough sticks on the hook. It will take you about 8 minutes. The dough will be gooey but do not add any more flour. (If you do not have a food processor better use a wooden spoon to mix the ingredients because the dough is really gooey.)

Leave the dough covered in a warm place covered with a clean cloth for nearly an hour to rise.

Place the dough on a slightly floured surface, cut pieces of the dough slightly larger for buns and smaller for sandwiches. Using a rolling pin spread the dough and roll in up into a bun or a sandwich. To roll up the bun roll it up from 4 different sides.

Place buns in a baking tray lined with baking paper and cover with a clean cloth. Leave them to rise for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180oC.

Beat the extra egg slightly and using a backing brush cover the surface of the buns. For the burger buns sprinkle some sesame seeds.

Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
