Ingredients

  • 500 gmsmaida
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspoil or butter
  • Forpotato stuffing-
  • 2large potatoes, bolied
  • 2-3green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • as required daniya (coriander) leaves
  • 2 tspPepper powder
  • 1 tspjeera/cumin seeds
  • 2 tspcoriander (sukha dhaniya)
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 tspKasuri methi
  • ForChole-
  • 2 cups kabuli chana
  • 1/2 cupchane ki daal
  • 1tea bag
  • as requiredsalt
  • 2-3Green chillies

Steps

    Take a bowl add maida, oil and salt then mix well. Now using water make a soft dough. Take rest for 10 minutes.

    For stuffing -Take a bowl add all stuffing ingredients mix well to keep aside.

  3. 3

    Knead the dough well and sprinkle the dry flour and roll it on board. Apply melted butter in between then fold it from both sides and make the same size peda's. Give them a circular shape. Take a pan and heat it. Take one peda apply maida and roll it on board. Put stuffing and roll it again then shallow fry it on the pan from one side.

    Apply water on upper side with the help of the brush. Then apply finely chopped coriander and paste it, now flip it over, apply butter and cook both the sides well, once done crush a little.
