Steps

First, take a bowl, add Besan, rava, buttermilk and mix well and keep it 3-4 hours for rest.

Now add baking soda, eno, salt, red chilli powder, sugar and mix well.

Heat water in a steamer. Pour the mixture in a greased vessel and cook the dhokla for 15 minutes in a steamer. Let it cool.

For tadka : heat some oil in a frying pan, add jeera, rai, curry leaves, hing, and chopped green chillies and let pop.

Put the tadka on the dhokla.Spongy dhokla is ready.Enjoy with chutney.
