Procedure for Chinese fried rice
•Parboil rice and rinse well till the water becomes clear and let drain
•Parboil the veggies(carrots and green beans)with salt (DONT LET IT COOK FULLY IT SHOULD STILL BE CRUNCHY)
•Whisk and fry eggs with little salt and scramble then set aside - 2
Heat oil in a pot and stir fry garlic and onions till the onions is soft then add parboiled veggies and stir fry a bit
•Add seasoning cubes, salt and curry and stir
•Add scrambled eggs, green and red pepper and rice
•Pour soy sauce.
•Stir for a few, drop and let simmer
•Add pineapple chunks if you like and serve - 3
IF YOU WANT TO ADD PINEAPPLE
•Rub your frying pan with little oil and grill both sides of your pineapple chunks till it’s a bit golden brown. - 4
Serve and enjoy
