1/2 cupall purpose flour
1/2 cuppowdered sugar
1/4 cupdark coco powder
1/4 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda
Pinchsalt
1/4 cupmelted butter
1/4 tspvanilla essence
2 tspchoco chips (homemade)

Take a mixing bowl place Siever on it now add flour, Powdered sugar, dark coco powder.

Along with baking soda, baking powder and salt.

Sieve dry ingredients. mix it well add vanilla essence.

Now add half butter and add little milk. Bind the flour mix.

Add remaining butter and milk. Bind properly and cover it. Keep in fridge for 15 min so the butter get little stiff.

Now pre heat the pan on low flame and get the greased plate ready with butter paper. Dough and choco chips. Take small lemon size dough in palm and make ball. Place in any mould if u want. I place in spoon.

Make dome shape. Put it on butter papered plate with some distance. Make all cookies. Stick chocochips on it.

Pan is preheated. Put the plate in it. Cover the pan. Bake it for 20-25 min.

Check after 20 min if needed keep 5 more min. When cookies ready let it cool completely. Enjoy the choco cookies with hot milk. Enjoy
